eeyyyyy so im busting out the other request i recently finished!

i’m probably gonna alternate posting the halloween requests and my other ones. i was blocked like, the whole of september so that sucked.

ANYWAY! i have a soft spot for these two dorks so i immediately jumped at the chance to write this one hahaha. it’s easier doing these with headcanons, so i went with that.

FUTAKUCHI KEIJI

               TRYING TO GET
THEIR CRUSH’S ATTENTION

  • If his crush is in some way affiliated with the
    volleyball club, he’d ask her to do ridiculous stuff in the name of “school
    spirit” or “for the promotion of the volleyball club, Y/N, come on,” so it’s
    mostly teasing you.
  • If his crush is just a classmate or a school
    mate, he’d actually do the same, but more timid.
  • Futakuchi feels like the type of guy who asks
    his crush’s friends for what she’s into and what she’s not, or like, ask for
    their class schedule and “casually” bumps into the at lunch time and be like,
    “oh hey, so you have your lunch here too that’s weird what a coincidence!!!”
  • He’s especially flashy during matches where he
    knows his crush is attending, like jumping extra high during the three-man
    blocks (and thanking the coach for those jumping exercises he made all of them
    do)

               REACTIONS TO
FINDING OUT THEIR CRUSH FEELS THE SAME

  • Internally, he’s like, exploding. His brain just
    exploded because aRE YOU SERIOUS??? YOU LIKE HIM TOO??? WHAT ARE THE EFFING
    CHANCES and he half-believes that your friend was just joking when they told
    him
  • And after that he just goes full-on teasing you,
    like seriously asking you on a date that one time and then he ended up
    chickening out before you answered and told you it was a joke
  • Bruh, he was miserable after that and kept
    hitting himself with a volleyball on the head for being an idiot
  • You were actually the one to confess because you
    were getting tired of Futakuchi inviting you out on dates and chickening out
    because he was scared you might decline
  • Needless to say, Futakuchi turned red as a
    tomato after you left

TSUTOMU GOSHIKI

               TRYING TO GET
THEIR CRUSH’S ATTENTION

  • Him trying to get your attention is almost like
    him trying to get Ushijima’s attention tbh
  • But like. In a more excited and overt way
  • He would boldly come up to you, intending to
    talk to you, but as soon as he’s standing in front of you he ends up
    stuttering, and he’s so adorable???
  • There would be some talking, but he’s so stiff
    and you feel kind of sorry for intimidating him, but at the same time you’re
    wondering why???
  • If you’re affiliated with the club (like a
    manager or for documentation or something) he would give it all of his all, if
    you get what I mean, because he really wants to show off
  • Sometimes he ends up being told off by
    Washijo-sensei, though
  • After games he would sometimes come up to you
    and be all like, “Did you see that super straight I did??!??!?!! THAT WAS MY
    BEST ONE YET!!!!!” and you find it so endearing because you know he’s doing his
    very best in every game

               REACTIONS TO
FINDING OUT THEIR CRUSH FEELS THE SAME

  • His face would turn red, I mean, really red when he first finds out.
  • Spends a few days wondering if it was a joke and
    often gets hit in the face with a ball because of it
  • Even went to Ushijima for advice—and he felt so
    uncomfortable through the whole exchange because Tendou was just sneering in
    the corner—but Ushijima was just like, “Conviction is important in becoming an
    ace. If you don’t have that in everyday life, then how can you hope to inspire
    such in your team?”
  • Amazingly, Goshiki took his advice and finally
    asked you out
  • He was stuttering like crazy and his face was so
    warm you thought he had a fever, but you accepted, thank god
  • And when you did he stood comically still like a
    statue for a minute, trying to process what you said, and when he finally
    registered it, he almost fainted with relief

Precious beans!!! These are so cute, I love Ushijima’s advice, very apt!

Halloween ask: Ukai being dragged to a cornfield maze by the boys and he ends up separated from them only to find his old crush from high school lost and helps her. I’ll leave it to you on whether you want to make it spookier by there being a real (but not malevolent) ghost in the maze or if it’s just hokey and they laugh together while trying to get out or maybe work together to scare the boys? However you want to do it! Thanks and Happy Halloween!

Ukai thinks himself a total hypocrite. Before entering this corn maze with the team, he made sure to instruct them all to stay together. Yet, here he was on his own with nothing but a dim flashlight in hand.

Only fifteen minutes or so into their journey in, something spooked the kids. He doesn’t know exactly what, since he and Takeda trailed behind the pack. But out of nowhere someone screamed (probably Hinata) and sent the rest of the team already on edge into a scramble.

Except for Tsukishima, who seemed rather unphased by this. He only started running when Yamaguchi called out to him in fear that “it’s gonna get you!”, to which the tall blonde clicked his tongue and rolled his eyes before groaning, “Fine” and heading off.

“Those idiots,” Ukai grumbled.

“They’ll be fine,” Takeda said. “They all have maps of the maze with them.”

“We should probably try to keep an eye on them, though. I’d rather not deal with angry parents later.”

So he an Takeda split up. Not their brightest idea–literally–as Ukai’s flashlight now seems to dim and flicker more by the minute. He put in fresh batteries before leaving for the maze too. When the light cuts completely, he slaps it a few times to try and restore it, but to no avail.

After a string of muttered curses, he throws his head back. Now would be the perfect time to light a cigarette, but the last thing he wants to do is to accidentally set the place ablaze. Well, the only thing left to do is to try and find another group wandering through the maze to help him out. In the dark, he can barely make out the path before him nor the cornstalk boundaries; it’ll be a slow process. Ukai sighs, lifts his arms up to out in front of him, and takes his first steps.

Birthday: “Well go on Tobio,” you coo, finger crooking for
him to come closer, “don’t you want to open your birthday present?” The
blue-eyed setter’s adam’s apple bobs, fingers clenching into tight fists.
You’re sprawled out on his bed, covered only by a black silk robe and he’s
fairly sure nothing else. It’s simple yet elegant, something he appreciates;
anything with hooks, clasps or intricate knots would be too much for him to
handle. He may have steady hands on the court but in the bedroom, he’s all
nerves and butterfly filled stomach.

Taking a deep breath, he steps forward, shaking hands
reaching down to loosen the flimsy tie. Two quick flicks of his wrists allow
the fabric to fall away revealing you in all your exposed glory.

He swallows again, eyes wide and cheeks flushed as he drinks
you in.  

“Tobio,” you sigh, closing your eyes and arching your back,
“if you don’t get naked right now and on top of me I’m going to start without
you.”

He blinks once, twice, then tears his clothes off. Just when
you think he’s going to climb in to join you, he takes a seat on the end of the
bed.

“Show me how to touch you,” he whispers.

Well now, this is a surprise…

Handsy: Kageyama feels a tingle at the very tips of his
fingers which turns into a full blown electric current burning against his skin
as he looks at you. The day is a hot one, so you’d decided the perfect place
for you and your setter boyfriend would be the beach. Only now, Kageyama is regretting
his decision to agree with you. It’s not that he isn’t enjoying the view
because you look stunning in your bathing suit. It’s that he’s not sure how
long he can keep his hands off you and given that you’re in a very public and
crowded area his arousal is morphing into frustration.

“Come on Tobio,” you chirp, extending a hand behind you, “let’s
go in the water, it’s too hot to lay on the sand!”

Shucking his shirt, he clasps your digits with his own, the
two of you sprinting into the water.

“Awwww, that feels much better!” you exclaim, dunking under
a mid-sized wave. The swells aren’t large here, just enough to provide
entertainment in the form of splashing about or bogey boarding if one were so
inclined.

Turning around, you swallow thickly. Tobio looks…perturbed. “Sweetie,
what’s wrong?” you ask with furrowed brows.

Without a word, Kageyama hefts you into his arms, carrying
you past the wave break. Being taller than you he’s able to still stand in the
mostly still deep water but you’re clinging to him desperately.

“What’re you doing? You know I don’t like going out too far!”
you squeal.

He seals your lips with his own, wrapping your legs tighter around
his waist. Pulling back, he rasps, “Now I can touch you all I want.”

I just came here from anther blog and may I say I love your writing and drawing style it’s really neat and I love who you did the shading and detail affects in them. :D and your one of the few blogs that does Knb. But I am a fan of Haikyuu as well.
