Show Me How You Feel (Tsukishima/Reader – NSFW Commission)

imagine-that-haikyuu:

Wow, sorry these commissions are taking so long, but here’s the second request of the bunch. They asked for Tsukishima and a swimmer!reader who share an intimate first time together after Tsukki remembers some unwanted advice from his former volleyball teammates. (Characters are aged up, for obvious reasons)

– Admin Rachel Lauren

Commissions | Ko-Fi

Tsukishima swears he can hear your giggle at this very moment. That would be impossible, though, considering you’re nowhere near the gymnasium now. It’s only one of the managers laughing. At what though, he can’t say. He shouldn’t even be thinking about that or you right now, yet he still can’t shake the thought.

“Tsukishima. It’s your serve.”

Maybe it would have been better to have not watched the end of your practice the other day. He knows that’s a lie. Either way, you’d still be messing around with your teammates. Even seated high above the indoor pool, Tsukishima could see the flirtatious glint in one boy’s eyes as you playfully elbowed him.

“Tsukishima? Hello?”

Rachel Lauren this is amazing!!! I’ve missed your writing so much and you knocked it out of the park with this one!

Every character was on point! I loved the whole team discussion, so so perfect!

And the mix of tender, vulnerable but still snarky Tsukishima is wonderful.

It’s got just the right level of awkward to feel believable and beautiful!

SFW

  • Doesn’t go out of his way to mention his birthday ahead of time. He knows it’s silly, but part of him wants to see if anyone will actually remember his birthday without him telling them. (Spoilers: they do.)
  • Once it’s clear that no one has forgotten his birthday, though, he is very happy to be the center of attention for the day and takes full advantage of being the birthday boy. He’ll definitely be a shit about it, but his obvious excitement is so cute you really don’t mind.
  • Probably got extra drills assigned from Washijou on at least one occasion because he was trying to get out of doing drills on account of it being his birthday. He still insists it was worth a try.
  • Skip the cake and stick his birthday candles in a decked-out chocolate ice cream sundae. And no, hot fudge over chocolate ice cream is not too much, you’re just weak.
  • He loves parties. The bigger the better. The more eccentric and eclectic the decor and music choices, the better. The weirder the music… well, you get the idea.
  • Tendou isn’t a big eater, so he doesn’t much care what kinds of food there are. He does have lots of friends that eat a lot, though. So restaurant and izakaya outings are kind of wasted on him, unless you find a really cool place in Asakusa or something. He’s a bit of a grazer, though, so snack foods are always good.
  • Once he hits drinking age, watch out for him. The boy is a lightweight. He loves going out for his birthday–he’s all about the dancing–but if he tries for a second to keep up drink for drink with the absolute tanks he calls friends (lookin’ at you, Wakatoshi), he’s toast. He can be a very schmoopy drunk, so you’ll end up half-carrying him home while he waxes poetic about the mole on your cheek or who the heck knows what. Not that it’s entirely unenjoyable, but it definitely isn’t quite how you planned to spend your evening.
  • Speaking of dancing, though–if you keep him on the right side of schwasted, he can go all night long. He’s a surprisingly good dancer, too–you’d expect him to be all limbs, but he’s strangely smooth, and has a great sense of rhythm. It also gives him a free pass to hold you as close as he wants, which he loves.
  • He’s one of the easiest people ever to shop for–partially because he’s just going to love anything that you give him, but also because he has all manner of nerdy interests and a tendency to never shut up about them, so you can always fall back on those. Honestly, though, you can give him just about anything and he’ll love and treasure it.
  • After he’s all partied out, he just wants to cuddle up with you for an anime marathon on the couch. Some snacks, a soft blanket, one of his favorite shows, and you in his arms… what more could he want?

NSFW

  • Kiss him silly. He can never get enough of kissing you and holding you close; it’s honestly one of his favorite activities. You’re definitely not arguing, either–he’s a pretty fantastic kisser. Practice makes perfect, after all, and he does kiss you a lot.
  • He’s generally up for almost anything you’re into, from the most vanilla to the wildly kinky. He just likes being with you, so he’s down for anything you want to try.
  • If you are in the mood to spice things up a bit, though, tie that boy up. He lives for it, and all the better to shower every inch of him in love–he’s one tall motherfucker, so it’ll take you a while, but it’s oh so worth it. He gets so worked up, and it’s absolutely beautiful. His cheeks flush until they almost match his hair, his back arches off the bed trying to chase any contact…. It’s a sight, and you can’t get enough.
  • While you’re at it, combine that with some gentle sensation play. Feathers, ribbons, soft leather maybe, but no impact. Just run it softly along his skin, and watch him shiver. Throw in a blindfold and he’ll be a quivering mess–he’s already so sensitive, the blindfold just takes him over the edge.
  • He’s extremely vocal in bed. If you have roommates, arranging for them to be away for his birthday will make a great present. That way he can fully relax and let loose–and you can enjoy the full repertoire of sounds you can draw out of him. From whines and sweet moans to bafflingly creative curses, you love each and every one.
  • His dick is like him: long, thin, and a little wonky. You think it’s cute, though–especially the freckles on the side. It suits him perfectly. Oh, and yes, the carpet does match the drapes.
  • He has almost zero refractory period. Give him maybe five minutes and a quick drink and he’s good to go again.
  • If you really want him noisy, go down on him. Be ready to hold him still, because he’s a twitchy, squirming mess, but it’s a surefire way to have him screaming in no time.
  • He also loves experimenting with toys. There are just so many. You don’t mind at all–he’s so beautifully responsive, you’re happy to experiment with him.
  • He’s also super responsive to p-spot stimulation. He’s so sensitive it’s easy to have him downright sobbing in no time. When he gets overstimulated he goes almost strangely quiet–for him, at least. All he can manage are low whines and choked-off gasps.
  • All of that said, for his birthday he also loves just sweet, gentle sex. Keep it slow and loving with lots of eye contact, and he just melts. He does have a tendency to get emotional during sex, so don’t be alarmed if he cries–he’s just overwhelmed, but he loves it. Hold him close and kiss his tears away and you’ll have a very happy–if a bit weepy–birthday boy on your hands.
  • He needs cuddles likes he needs oxygen. This is true literally always, but especially after sex. It’s really intense for him, so he just needs to be held for a while. Comb your fingers through his hair and let him cling to you; it’s super important to him.

Happy birthday Tendou!!

To fall in love with someone is to let the feeling flood under your skin before realizing its presence.

You’ve been together for two months now, but your relationship threads way, way back before he confesses to you that day in front of your house where he drops you off. It was a risky act for him to do, considering the fact that your friendship with him has been going on strong since your high school years—had you chose to reject him that day, the two of you would’ve lost something platonically beautiful going on, but thankfully he gained something even more beautiful.

Ruby eyes examine your form sitting in front of him across the quaint table for two. A steaming hot cup of tea is conveniently placed at your right-hand side, and he can faintly see hot vapor swirling out of the cup. Has it really gotten colder? You, on the other hand, are comfortably silent as you slice a piece of the shortcake he ordered for you, bringing the sweet to your mouth with a fork. He smiles as you munch—you really look cute like that.

“How do you like it?” He inquires, resting his chin on a hand while his other brings his own cup of latte to his lips. He still watches as he tips his head back slightly to drink, observing how your eyebrows scrunch up at the first taste. A second later, however, your eyes appear as if they’re twinkling and a smile slowly enters your face. When you look at him, he cocks a brow, a silent demand for an answer.

“It’s delicious,” you whisper, and a swell of happiness fills Akashi’s chest. It’s stupid, really—he shouldn’t be happy because it wasn’t him who made the cake, he merely suggested it… but as illogical as it is, Akashi welcomes the surge of joy (and a hint of pride) when he looks at you dig back in, cutting up the slice of cake into smaller pieces.

What he doesn’t expect is you holding up a fork with said cake at the pointy end in front of his face, dangerously close to his lips. You’re taking the effort to lean a bit forward to offer the cake—Akashi vaguely registers the brush of your knees against his. There’s something about the café’s atmosphere that makes the two of you feel a lot more intimate, despite sitting right next to a floor-to-ceiling window which allows bypassers to conveniently see what’s going on inside and vice-versa.

Akashi sends you a look that you interpreted as scolding, but not of the serious nature, but nevertheless, he leans forward to capture the cake on your fork into his mouth, all the while retaining eye contact with you. You blush a little bit because it feels different every time you feed Akashi something, and the fact that he was looking at you like that also sends a chill up your spine. He’s always teasing you like that.

“Somehow it’s better than the last time I tried it,” Akashi comments as he reaches out to take your hand in his, “maybe because you’re the one that fed me the cake.”

You try your best to stifle an embarrassed laugh by chewing your bottom lip, but a shy glance at Akashi is enough to bring your efforts useless. You let out a chuckle and play with his fingers that reached out to you on the table, your thumb drawing abstract patterns on the back of his hand. He returns with a chuckle of his own before quietly observing you again as the air around you turn into more of a resolute kind of silent. It’s not awkward, but there’s a certain amount of seriousness in his gaze that makes you feel like it.

“Thank you for coming today,” he says, soft enough just for the two of you, “I really appreciate it.”

“Please don’t thank me. If anything, I should be the one thanking you,” you reply, holding his hand a little tighter now. “I also thought it was a good idea to tell her…”

An hour ago, you were placing a bouquet of beautiful, fragrant flowers in front of the tombstone of Akashi’s mother, the two of you standing alone in silence as the wind run through yellow leaves. A cemetery certainly isn’t an ideal place for an eighth date, according to most people, but you’ve known Akashi for far too long and you understand him on a level that most people don’t. The redhead is silently thankful for that.

“Yes,” Akashi says, “we were too busy the past few months to visit, after all.”

“I’m glad you brought me there, Sei.”

He smiles in return, looking at your two hands linked together.

To fall in love with someone is to let the feeling flood under your skin before realizing its presence. In other’s eyes, Akashi is ever-precise and calculative, and they like to assume it applies to his love life as well. It’s not incorrect, but it’s also not necessarily true. After all, he didn’t plan on falling in love with you two and a half years ago, because at that time the feeling hit him like a truck. All of a sudden he lost a great amount of good night’s sleep staying awake thinking of you.

When he knows of your reciprocative feelings for him, only then he asked you out. You told him it took him a damn long time. He told you he wanted to be sure. The two of you kissed.

Although he has now fully accepted the fact that he loves you, he has never said those words to you before, neither have you to him. But today, when the two of you were standing side by side in front of his mother’s grave, he knows you know. More importantly, he knows that you feel the same—not just on a “like” level, but as far deep as he is. He knows you love him. That’s not enough for Akashi, however, so he pulls his hand away from yours, only to caress your cheek.

He brushes a strand of hair away from your face to stare right into your eyes. Your fork is forgotten, idly lying at the rim of the pristine white plate.

I love you,” he says.

Two seconds pass by before you smile at him.

“I know.”

A question lingers in his eyes—at that moment, the confidence in him is completely shattered: what if you don’t love him back? but you don’t give room for his self-doubt as you reply.

“I love you too.”

He smiles. You probably didn’t catch him releasing a relieved exhale.

You tilt your head slightly, urging his hand to touch you more. His fingertips are warm against your cool skin. You always like it when he does this. Akashi brushes his fingers against the back of your ear, his palm cupping your jaw as if he were scratching a pet cat. You sure respond like one, he muses. Akashi wants to say that he’s been in love with you for two years and six months to date, but he has a feeling you already know.

“Can I kiss you?” He asks, gaze drifting downwards to your inviting lips.

Sudden shyness overcomes you as you avert your gaze, your hands flying up to cover the bottom half of your face. Akashi’s shoulders are moving slightly; he’s quietly laughing with amusement at your display of embarrassment.

“But… we’re right next to the window… a lot of people are passing by and they can see.”

Akashi smirks, using the hand on your face to keep you still as he leans dangerously close to your face, his head slightly tilted. Again, he steals a glance of your lips.

“I don’t care,” he states, and his breath against your skin causes you to shudder slightly. His eyes twinkle at your utterly adorable reaction, but he is not so cruel as to tease you again.

You look up at him, still shy like you always become when he makes such advancements in public. His knees brush against yours under the wooden table as he captures your lips between his in a slow, languid kiss, like the small steady fire burning inside his gut. Your eyelids flutter when he takes his time sucking on your bottom lip, before finally releasing it with a rather inappropriate wet sound, but he doesn’t waste his time in diving back for another kiss.

When he does pull away, half-lidded eyes examining how flushed your face is, he whispers against your ear.

“Stay at my place tonight.” He needs to properly declare his love to you. You blush and nod.

What a paradox. During the season of falling leaves, Akashi finds his feelings for you blooming, reborn a hundred times more powerful than when it first hit him. If he looks closer into your eyes, he’ll find that the sentiment is returned whole-heartedly.

Beautiful!!!!!

Can I get a scenario with a domestic Iwa-Chan where he finds out his daughter has a boyfriend?

haikyuu-imagines-and-others:

I guess it’s Iwaizumi Week here on this blog lol either that OR you all are secretly super in love with Iwa-chan ;D The daughter’s age wasn’t specified, but I hope you like how I imagined this to go down haha Thanks for requesting! – Admin Satori ❤

Iwaizumi Hajime:

Kiyomi (Pure Beauty) – Daughter (13)

Maro (Myself) – Twin Son (4)

Reiji (Courteous Child) – Twin Son (4)

It was a madhouse in the Iwaizumi household. A mess was made of the fresh laundry by his oh so precious twin boys, and his daughter wasn’t home from school just yet to help him wrangle them together! It seemed every time he’d catch one, he’d have to struggle or overreach his body’s limitations to catch the other! Doing this would only cause him some muscle pain tomorrow – he wasn’t the spry young man he once was!

“Daddy! Over here! Can’t catch me~!” Then a messy raspberry before Iwaizumi was hurdling over the pile of laundry on the floor – having rashly decided to get his children under control before working to clean up the house.

Probably a poor decision, but a decision nonetheless.

A key in the lock of the front door had Iwaizumi turning to ask his daughter, Kiyomi, to help him grab her brother before the mess got worse. But his request died in his throat when he saw who was walking through the door with his baby girl.

Oikawa Yukio. Holding his daughters hand. Fingers laced. A light blush on his daughters cheeks and a wide smile on the little boys face – an identical one to his fathers, Oikawa Tooru.

A thump and a whine from Maro, Iwaizumi’s son, had Kiyomi looking at her father with identical green eyes, “Daddy! Why’d you drop Maro? You hurt his little head!” She let go of Yukio’s hand before rushing to her baby brother, kissing his forehead and making the four year old wrap his arms around her neck. “Daddy didn’t mean it, baby brother, he’s just being weird.”

“Me, too! Me, too!” Reiji rushed over to his brother and sister, wrapping his own arms around his sisters neck and smiling widely when she pressed a kiss to his forehead.

“Boys.” Iwaizumi’s voice rumbled in his chest, the twins looked up at their father curiously – knowing he was about to give them a direct order… That was his daddy voice after all. “Distract your sister…. I have someone to talk to.” Then he was moving towards Yukio, who froze like a deer in headlights at the sight of his uncle practically charging towards him.

Maro and Reiji smiled far too sweetly at their big sister before they went completely limp in her arms, making her struggle to hold herself up as they dangled from her neck and shoulders. “Ah! Maro! Reiji! Cut it out!” Her hands pushed at their holds, trying to free herself – knowing her father would most likely scare off her new boyfriend. Her Yukio.

Yukio stared up at Iwaizumi with wide light brown eyes, identical to his fathers, “Uh… Go-Go-Good Afternoon, Uncle Iwa… H-h-how are y-you?” Unlike his father, Yukio had more sense to be afraid of those much larger than him – and his uncle was a mountain compared to his ant hill.

“Let’s take a walk, Yukio.”

His voice was deep, dark, and almost had a grave tone to it – Yukio wasn’t sure if this would be his last walk ever. He’d known how protective of Kiyomi his uncle was, and he’d known his own father had been praying nonstop for Yukio to gain the courage to ask her out – two forces for opposite causes. An idea sparked his movements, having him shuffle out the front door with Iwaizumi following behind him, and he prayed it would throw the scary father off his trail for even a little bit.

“D-D-Dad told me to ask her out!” Yukio blurted suddenly, and Iwaizumi grabbed his shirt to stop him from running for cover. The young boy was prompted to turn around and face his uncle, who admittedly looked less intimidating in the light of the day. Though, that didn’t stop the fear of the unknown push his heart into overdrive, “D-Dad said we-we looked cute together…”

Now Yukio blushed in embarrassment, scratching the back of his head as he stared down at his shoes, feeling a sense of shame for pushing all the blame off on his father. Oikawa had wanted his son to find happiness yes, and yes he did think his son and Iwaizumi’s daughter did look cute together, but to say he’d been the main drive of Yukio asking Kiyomi out…. Was a blasphemous lie.

And Iwaizumi knew it. Oikawa may have a death wish with many things – but pushing his son and Iwaizumi’s daughter together wasn’t one of them. Oikawa had known that was going to happen regardless. And so did Iwaizumi. Hell, he’d known as soon as Oikawa had come to him announcing the discovery of his son in his wife’s womb. It was bound to happen. Fate wanted Iwaizumi and Oikawa to stay together, near each other – together by friendship or by marriage of their children, whichever drew them closest.

But that didn’t mean Iwaizumi was just going to let it pass without a hitch.

Yukio gulped as he continued to stare down at his shoes, feeling his eyes brimming with tears now that he’d lied. Shamefully lied, feeling absolutely awful for pushing it off on his doting father. “Yukio…” The boy practically jumped at the rumbling of his uncle’s voice, but looked up at his familiar green eyes. Iwaizumi sighed and sat down on his porch step, patting the cement next to him, “Come here.” Yukio did as he was told, sitting next to his uncle and hiding his hands between his knees – they were clammy.

Silence held the air between them. Iwaizumi didn’t know what to say. Didn’t know where to start. Yukio was too scared to even look up from his knees. Inside the house, there was yelling and running around – Kiyomi trying to get to the door to make sure her daddy hadn’t ruined her best friend turned boyfriend, but being distracted by her little brothers making more havoc of the house.

“I’m not…. Mad, Yukio.” Iwaizumi broke the silence, feeling his initial rage slowly die down. They were kids. 13 years old. So much more life ahead of them, Iwaizumi was sure they’d drift apart with time. Or grow stronger. “I want you to promise you’ll be careful with her.” It almost pained him to say something so… serious… to a boy he’d personally seen shit his pants when he didn’t get what he wanted as a toddler.

Yukio quickly nodded his head, “Y-Y-Yes, sir! Of course, Uncle… I wouldn’t ever do anything to hur-“

“I’m not done.” The boy shut his mouth, curling his lips inward and chewing on the bottom one – his uncle was terrifying when he wanted to be. “I trust you to not hurt her… Because you know your father wouldn’t tolerate it, either… Of all the snot nose boys she could have picked, against my wishes and hopes…. I guess… I’m kind of okay that she picked you.” It was hard to say, hard to express, how truly thankful Iwaizumi felt about his daughters and Yukio’s new step… Mostly because he had to get over his initial, primal need to protect his offspring from anything and everything.

But he had practically raised Yukio along with Oikawa and his wife. And Oikawa had done the same to Kiyomi and the twins. They were familiar. They were family. The idea of his daughter and Oikawa’s son was much more… welcomed… than the idea of his daughter with some schmo only wanting the worst for her.

“Uncle?” Iwaizumi glanced at Yukio from the corner of his eye, feeling if he looked at the boy any more that he’d get less okay with what was happening. “I’m sorry I lied about Dad…” Yukio hung his head in shame, still feeling awful for his false claims.

Somehow… The shame rolling off Yukio’s shoulders had a comforting effect on Iwaizumi. Made him more comfortable with the idea of this better rounded boy dating his precious daughter. Iwaizumi hummed and patted his ‘nephews’ back, “It’s fine.” And it was. Iwaizumi didn’t feel his initial rage anymore, nor did he feel any negative feelings towards Yukio. Because he knew Yukio may look exactly like his best friend, exactly like Oikawa in every way…

But he wasn’t Oikawa. He wasn’t the pretty, popular, troublesome boy Iwaizumi had gown up with throughout the years.

A loud smashing of glass echoed from the house – and Iwaizumi let out a loud, long sigh before he was standing up from the porch and walking to the front door. “I’m getting too old for this trash. Boys!” All havoc stopped in its place as the twins looked at their father with wide green eyes, waiting for his next order while Kiyomi stopped chasing after them, giving her father an exasperated expression. Iwaizumi chuckled lowly, feeling as if he had a long journey ahead of him with these children of his.

By the time Kiyomi is 13… Iwaizumi is 40 years old – poor old man lol Just thought I’d slide this detail in there for better clarification 🙂

This is ridiculously cute!!

Yoohoo 🎡 I want to know ur thoughts about the captains having a (one year) younger sister who is introspective, nerdy and clumsy! She’s rather independent two!

:

Daichi

  • Would give her space and
still watch over her; He would be subtle about it though, so she wouldn’t
notice. He wants her to spread her wings and be independent, but he always
    looks out for her;
  • If he senses something bad
coming her way, he intervenes; Again, he would prefer it if she didn’t notice,
but when it comes to protecting her from harm he doesn’t really care.
  • Since she is clumsy, he
would try to prevent accidents from happening due to this trait of hers. If she
tries carrying more than she should, he just grabs the things about to fall
before she even takes her first step.
  • He smiles at her nerdiness;
He thinks it’s endearing and he will bring her little tokens of her favorite
nerdy things – be it anime, books, games, whatever it is. He might tease her at
home, but when he sees something he knows she would enjoy, he would get it
  • He would also join her if
she were to go for an event; he would worry too much otherwise

Kuroo

  • Would tease his clumsy
little nerdy sister, maybe playing harmless pranks on her
  • He would definitely buy
whatever special edition item makes her heart soar and acts like he got it for
himself, satisfied as she pouts and rages
  • When with other people he
would watch her from afar, and he would notice everything. He would spit out
borderline teasing venomous comments at anyone who tries to flirt with his
sister, because nobody would be good enough for her
  • If anyone dares calling her
a nerd in an insulting way, Kuroo will be there to scare them; His tall frame
and serious face in combination with his unwavering voice will make anyone pee
their pants and noone calls his sister something negative ever again

Bokuto

  • Would cherish his sister.
He’d go with her to events full of joy, sharing her excitement for whatever. If
she is a game nerd, he will game with her, if she is into anime, he will watch
with her. Whenever they are at an event, he will take her on his shoulders so
she can see better, bouncing up and down and being quiet excited himself
  • He would laugh about the
clumsiness and the next thing they know, Bokuto drops his ice cream or stumbles himself; Which has both of them laughing hard
  • Would boast to others about
his sister. How thoughtful and smart she is, how she may seem all quiet and
shy, but is actually quiet more than just the nerdy thinker she appears to
    be
  • If she cheers for him, he
will get hyped and score a lot more points, just to make her see how amazing
    her big brother is

Yui

  • Would
    love her sister dearly just the way she is;
  • She
keeps trying to intervene if you start overthinking everything; Yui will know
and she will try to take some of your worries away and usually it works
  • Yui
will always know how to best support you so you can thrive to be the best version
of yourself possible; She will always praise you and help you if you need it
  • She
will laugh about your clumsiness, it reminds her of a newborn kitten
  • But
she will always ask if you are alright first – she wouldn’t laugh if you were
    hurt, ever;
  • She wouldn’t mind if you borrowed her clothes – she won’t show it, but seeing you combine her clothing and make them your style is intriguing
  • She loves to see you grow, your independance amazing as well as a little scary, since you’ll always be her baby sister

Moniwa

  • Won’t think much about it at all – you are his little sister and he cherishes you
  • When he realizes you don’t really need anyone to look after you, poor Moniwa feels so lost
  • Because he can’t help but try to look out for you; He feels the need to protect you from all harm, even if it is your own mind overthinking; But since he knows you, he will find a way to do so in a not-suffocating-manner
  • Especially since you are clumsy, Moniwa is always trying to help prevent any incidents, worrying about your health and safety
  • He doesn’t realize you are nerdy until someone points it out to him; And he doesn’t really care then either;
  • He’ll be an amazing older brother, supporting your nerd-needs, helping you get your hands on rare items

Futakuchi

  • He will have baby and childhood pictures of you ready for friends or potential s/o when needed – embarrassing ones. Ones right after you tripped, red faced and teary, ones where you are just about to fall, stumbling on your own feet
  • He will make fun of your clumsiness, but anyone dares joining in, he’ll make them pay
  • Your nerdy nature is a little weird to him, and he teases you about it too – he may even draw a mustache or pile of poop on your favorite poster when you fight
  • He’ll be sorry though and he will make it up to you
  • He acknowledges your independance, that doesn’t mean he won’t always be the cockblocker that he is – be prepared to see potential s/o run, because Futakuchi sure knows how to handle them
  • He has a way to tease you out of your introspective hole when he feels you are overdoing it

Oikawa

  • Has to watch out for his
sister 24/7 – he thinks everyone adores her and that nobody can have her,
because she is his wonderful innocent sister.
  • He is quite nerdy himself,
so to go all out on being a nerd with his sister, he would have so much fun
    getting them the same shirts, joining her for conventions or festivals;
  • If she gets too caught up
in over thinking or even criticizing herself he stops her, noticing the effect
those thoughts have on her immediately – he won’t let herself be trapped in her
    own mind.
  • Other than that he admires that she is more of a thinker, the way she
reflects everything familiar to him, especially since she has a talent to
notice anything in those around her as well

Ushijima

  • Would not think much of it.
He watches over her, but he doesn’t interfere. He doesn’t comment on her
clumsiness, but it only makes sense for him to try and prevent accidents. So if
she leaves cupboard doors open, he will just close them without a comment.
  • His direct way of phrasing
things makes her trust him, so when she gets caught up in a loop of self
    reflection and such, he snaps her out of it;
  • A little sister would be
nice in general, but for her to be nerdy is quite something. Ushijima doesn’t
get the hype his sister feels about certain things, but he likes to watch and
listen to her go on and on about it

Terushima

  • He’d try to make it sound fun, but he is actually a really worried brother because of your clumsy nature
  • He is always afraid you hurt yourself, but he knows you won’t have him hovering over you, so he cracks jokes and tries to get rid of anything that could lead to you running into it or slipping
  • The way you reflect on yourself and others, and how you seem to think so much about everything, Teru admires that – and he likes to talk to you about your thoughts and hear your opinion

Daishou

  • Although he appears to be a tad bit of a brat at times, he is actually a true, gentle and loving big brother one could ask for.
  • He has a soft spot for her nerdiness – may tease about it just to poke fun but doesn’t mean it to hurt her feelings.
  • In fact, he would even go buy her a whole load of things of what she likes to help her with completing her collections. He would be a bit tsundere about it, too; but she could still see that happy tug of his lips.
  • Would wonder how could one be that clumsy – questions it once in a while. Daishou would lightly scold her to be more careful, because, seriously. He is genuinely worried for her well being.
  • Even with her being quite the independent person she is, he would keep an eye on her. He is protective of her, and is ready to give a punch to the guts if someone ever dared to lay a finger on her innocent self.

Kita

  • Would wonder where the
clumsiness comes from, but is used to it.
  • Tries to get rid of any
dangers for her clumsiness to take form, but fails because she would still find
things to bump into or throw over
  • He would take her nerdy
nature as it is, it is a given to him and he doesn’t mind.

So cute!! I especially loved Bokuto’s!

I was on a big concert last week. There was this guy with “free hugs” sign walking around and I thought… BOKUTO & KUROO WOULD DEFINITELY DO THIS…AND ASAHI TRYING TO GET MORE CONFIDENT THROUGH THIS… So… Ahem… Can I request a little fluff in which those three boys meet their s/o like this? (Hope my blabbering is understandable XD)

haikyuvolleydorks:

(Free hugs anon) Ugh wait. Sorry. I thought you take three characters per ask. I really want some fluff with Asahi so you can choose between Kuroo and Bokuto. Sorry agaaaain 🙈

It’s alright, Nonnie. No harm done. I’ve decided to go with Bokuto along with Asahi because I have a tendency to go with Kuroo for most requests and Bokuto needs some love from this admin.

I hope you enjoy!

Azumane Asahi

It was all Noya’s idea.

He said he needed to be more outgoing and less of a wimp. This was how Asahi ended up walking around a concert venue with a “Free Hugs” sign.

Of course he wasn’t afraid of hugging people… it was just the “People” part that scared him. What if they were afraid of his “delinquent” look, like most people were? What if they found him to be scary and called the police on him?

The more he questioned the “what ifs” he began freaking out internally. I just wanna go home, he thought as he saw quite a few people whispering to their friends and looking at him strangely. This was going to be one of the last times he listened to Noya’s advice.

Caught up in his own mind he didn’t see a small human walk up in front of him.

“ Can..can I have a hug?”

It was that voice that snapped him out of his head. Looking down he found a nervous looking girl.

“ Of- of course you can,” he stuttered. Asahi opened his arms to give her a hug. He could feel her body heat as she came into contact with him.

They stayed like that for a bit. It was a calming feeling. Their hug came to an end as the concert ticket holders began going into the venue.

“ Hey, do you mind if I can see you agian?” the girl inquired.

Taken aback, all he could do was nodded as she gave him her number. Watching her back retreat into the crowd of spectators he smiled to himself.

Maybe Noya did know a thing or two about people.

Bokuto Koutaro

Kuroo.

It always came back to that sneaky cat.

This time the dare was to go to a concert and hold up a free hugs sign without being evicted from the premise.

So here he was. Going around the crowd and giving out free hugs. He’d already been there for a couple of hours and a lot of girls came up and asked for hugs. It was really strange how other guys just sort of gave him a nasty look.

The concert was about to begin in half an hour and it was about time to wrap up his rounds for the day. He’d get rooster head back for this, just you wait Kuroo!

About to leave he was surprised when a voice behind him yelled, “ HEY! WAIT! I WANNA FREE HUG!”

Turning around he felt someone crash into him and wrap their arms around him. He instinctively put his arms around them to brace them from the impact of running into him.

He saw a face look up at him. Their eyes were startling.

When they broke apart the girl began to speak, “ Thanks for waiting. That was really fun!” Smiling brightly as she ended her sentence.

Bokuto couldn’t help but get caught up in her rhythm. Smiling as brightly as she was he replied, “ It was! Do you wanna go meet again?”

Somehow that question just came out of his mouth. He didn’t know why but he wanted to see her and her infectious personality again.

They quickly exchanged numbers before she went off to the concert.

This was certainly a dare that would come to backfire on Kuroo.

Cute!!!

ohohohoh do your icon then !! do tendou :3

haikyuulovercompany:

These two babes, who I love, asked for Tendou… so HERE IT IS. MY BABY, ONE AND ONLY, TENDO SATORI ANALYSIS !!!

——

Tendou Satori Analysis.

Tendou isn’t much of a complex character, but he is one of the most tridimensional characters in the Haikyuu universe.

What is a tridimensional character?

A tridimensional character is one who displays his vices and virtues, pros and cons, equally making him more humane than a caricature.

At first, Tendou is presented as a cheerful character and kind of a jokester.  He might be a normal character but from the very start thanks to the way he talks and they he looks, you can tell there’s something odd with the character, something different from the other ones. This cheerful attitude I call it “The First Layer.”

Tendou has an “alter ego” that I would like to refer to it as “The Second Layer.”

Then, inside those two layers is the center of Tendou, who he really is.

I’ll break down each of them. And a small disclaimer: Just because I’m naming his personality traits layers doesn’t mean they are facades he puts on. I’m trying to explain the character from its most basic traits and getting deeper into the character, and this seemed the best way to lead the analysis.

FIRST LAYER,

His good side and I think one of the most important parts of this character.

He’s cheerful and teases his friends often. You can see that he unwraps perfectly among his peers, which is a surprising layer given the backstory he has. Tendou was insulted, if not bullied, when he was only a child. In middle school he wasn’t much bullied, but he still was told his ways were wrong. He wasn’t doing things like he was supposed to, and he didn’t look like he supposed to. People still rejected him.

This type of constant reminder can damage someone mentally and emotional in many ways, that’s when the second layers comes in but we’ll talk about it later in this post.

Still, at the same time this is why Tendo is able to open up in Shiratorizawa. In many instances in the anime we can see how opposite are the opinions of the people of his past against the ones Shiratorizawa has of him.

For instance:

In episode 7, season 3, one of the flashbacks we see, he is in middle school and the coach tells him to stop block-guessing. Tendou argues saying that his guess-block does work, why would he stop doing it?

The coach answers the same way everyone has answered him so far: “YOU’RE NOT GOING TO BE RIGHT ALL THE TIME” aka “YOU’RE WRONG.”

Later in the match vs Karasuno, in episode 8 Coach Washijou yells at him. “SATORI, STICK YOUR HANDS UP. I DON’T CARE IF YOUR GUESS ENDS UP WRONG, I PUT YOU IN THERE KNOWING DAMN WELL THAT MIGHT BE A POSSIBILITY.”

He’s practically telling Tendou. “You might be wrong but as long as you try to score, it’s okay.”

That’s why Tendou, even with his past, is so trusting and friendly with his team. It’s the first time in his life where he feels accepted.

Between those same episodes Semi says that only Tendou can talk so cheerfully to Ushiwaka. It is because he feels like he belongs. He feels comfortable with who he is and in its own skin for the very first time.

And specially, his alter ego, his second layer, is also well received.

SECOND LAYER

When we see Tendo’s childhood flashback, we see that he found out satisfaction in having power over the people who used to bully him. Volleyball gave him some confidence in himself, made him feel he had the upper hand in something.

For Tendo volleyball became the place where he could have the upper hand and he wasn’t afraid to retaliate. It became his safe heaven, and when his general “sadistic” persona was accepted, it was like a dream come true for him.

And even when he grows up and he has somehow managed to get over those past traumas, he’s still on edge when it comes to new people. He created that alter ego when he was young, and it would be too difficult for him to just stop being like that. He was too young and that small twinge of rejection will look back at him every time he sees his reflection, so he won’t stop.

This attitude is what makes Tendo so human to me. This ego was created cause of his fear, of his, probably, self-hatred. This is a mechanism he uses to protect himself. Being called the “guess monster” It’s both a blessing and a curse. In high school he became someone important for his school. He isn’t just a freak. He is Tendo The Guess Monster Satori. He is someone people recognize and respect. And he likes that power. But that power doesn’t define him… that power is the why volleyball started being his paradise as he stated.

When Karasuno wins, Satori says “Goodbye my paradise.” And then he tells Wakatoshi he will quit volleyball.

Here comes THE CENTER of Tendo Satori, who he really is:

When Tendo said “Goodbye my paradise” after they lost… was because he knew deep inside he wouldn’t find any place like Shiratorizawa again. He knows how the world outside of this paradise is, and he knows it isn’t pretty.

He dind’t play volleyball for the glory… He first played volleyball for power, because people finally respected him, at the end of high school Tendou kept playing because he felt like he belonged in that court with Ushiwaka, with Semi, with Reon… Shiratorizawa’s volleyball team was his safe heaven, not only volleyball. Volleyball granted him that home, but it stopped being all about volleyball and power. It was about the people who accepted him.

At the end you can see that Tendou is an insightful guy. He knows that now that he will graduate high school, he won’t be in that home anymore, and so volleyball isn’t worth it anymore. He tells Ushiwaka he will say how they were best friends because Tendo will always cherish that time of his life because it showed him how to openly be himself…

He’s someone who cares for other people. Not only a monster who you need to be afraid of, as he was in both primary and middle school. Tendo encourages his teammates and feels proud of them when they overcome their problems. When Shirabu got scolded by Washijo because he messed up the toss (the one when Tsukishima blocked Ushiwaka) he slapped himself, and after being surprised, Tendou smiles with a small chuckle…

Tendo is a soft, insightful boy who not only sees but to truly observes the world around him. He had gone to nationals at least once, he has seen what’s out there. And he knows there will be nothing like Shiratorizawa again, and he doesn’t want another Shiratorizawa.

He liked power because he didn’t like to be abused.

He’s human and he did what he had to do to protect himself.

But on the inside, Tendo is caring. Tendo only wanted to belong. Shiratorizawa thought him he wasn’t nearly as bad as he believed, because he isn’t. He is kind to others outside of the court. He knows volleyball is only a game. To lose wasn’t painful for him, what was truly painful was to know he was going to leave the team. There wasn’t going to be another time, but either way, his time was already coming to an end.

And by accepting that, it means he has come to terms with who he is, and he knows he will probably be fine out there.

He’s flawed, he has his ups and downs, and that makes him a complete character for me.

Very solid analysis Bunny! I think you hit every nail on the head.

I haven’t written a lot for Tendo but your post definitely makes me want to try again because he is so multilateral (that’s what makes him a challenge to write at least for me because there is so much to who he is).

Really well done babe!

Dear Blue heart
anon,

we chose to
call you Blue in this little story where you will meet your soulmate. We hope
that is okay. Since we want to make these scenarios personal for you, we prefer
using a name, instead of F/N.

Thank you for
all your support. We appreciate you and every time you pop up in our inbox or
notifications, we smile. You are so kind and cute and generous, so supportive
and amazing and we are so glad to have you!

Please enjoy
meeting your soulmate.

“What a cute
tattoo!” your seat neighbor whispered in class. It wasn’t the first time
someone complemented you on your soulmate tattoo. A panda bear, just on the
back of your hand, between wrist and thumb at the edge to your palm. It was
delicate, yet the panda itself looked sturdy and cute.

“Thank you” you
smiled. It looked complete to you, and you kept wondering what that was saying
about your soulmate. Your friends usually had a part of an image, just the hint
of an animal, an object, something. But your panda, he didn’t look like he was
missing anything.

You tried
concentrating on class but failed, your mind wandering back to your tattoo, your
eyes skimming the classroom. It was such an obvious place, but you still had no
idea who your soulmate could be.

~

“Hey Blue” a
familiar voice, footsteps to indicate someone was rushing to catch you. “Are
you ready for our last show tonight?” Your friend caught up to you, grinning
widely. “It’s so bittersweet, don’t you think?”

You nodded,
your heart heavy. “It is weird, to think that this is our last show together.
We will all graduate soon.”

The show your
musical group came up with was a lot of fun for you. You loved doing the
lights, loved how warm and cold light affected the scenery, how you could
affect where the eyes of your audience shifted to with just the right accents.
It was a rewarding task and you got to see your group perform, enjoying how
they gave it their all on stage.

“Do you think
the beauty and the giant will be there again, watching? They’ve been to all the
shows so far. Do you think they are crushing on one of the actors?” your friend
nudged your side when you didn’t reply immediately.

Your eyes
wandered to said giant, standing in front of his locker. His friend was talking
to him nonstop, but he didn’t seem to mind.

“Who knows?
Maybe they just want to show their support” and you smiled softly looking away
right when his eyes landed on you, a slight blush creeping on his face as he watched you passing him.

~

When the
curtains fell and everything was done, almost all of you sniffled, cried and
laughed backstage. None of you could believe it was over, and there was a lot
of hugging and pats on backs going on.

After packing
up, you helped your friend loading a couple of things into storage before going
home. You didn’t talk much, but it wasn’t an uncomfortable silence. Both of you
were content, enjoying the silence.

“Do you need a
hand?” You turned slightly. Ah. The “beauty” and his “giant friend”. You didn’t know much about
either of them, other than that they played volleyball for your high school team and were
apparently pretty good at it. You’ve been to a couple of games before, but
not these last weeks. It has been busy with the musical and all.

“Sure!” Your
friend replied and both boys made quick work of all the heavy stage gear.

“It was a good
last show. Very intriguing. I’m Futakuchi Kenji by the way. And this is my
friend Aone Takanobu.”

Aone bowed and
you weren’t completely sure, but it felt like he was only looking at you.

“Are you guys
coming to our game tomorrow?” Futakuchi asked after your friend made your
introductions.

“Of course we
are! We wouldn’t miss it!” Your friend nodded, hyped since the last game you
two watched was ages ago.

“Sure” you
added, barely above a whisper, but loud enough to reach Aones ears.

~

With a sigh you
plopped down on your bed after this long day, eyes feeling a little too dry from all the crying, but
your heart was warm and full. You lifted your hand, spreading your fingers to
study the little panda again.

Does this mean he is a big
cuddly

panda? Chuckling, you pulled your hand to
your heart. I sure hope so.

Aone Takanobu.
The image of him shot through your mind, his white hair and big eyes, his tall
frame. He was probably an amazing cuddler… and he kinda looked like a bear too.

Giggling, you shook your
head. What were you thinking? You turned, burying your
face in the soft pillow.

~

The game was
amazing. Your school team was even better than you remembered. Their huge baby setter had improved, got used to
playing with the team. He was a second year now, and he was finally growing into the role of
a playmaker. His hairstyle was still the same bird-ish one though.

They won by a
landslide and even though this was just a practice match, you cheered, loud and proud.
It was a good match and it made you itch to watch more. Which only reminded you that school was almost over. That this team would soon disband as well..

“Should we wait
for them?” Your friend asked, breaking into your thoughts, face flushed from all the cheering and yelling.

“I guess that
is the polite thing to do. We need to congratulate them as well” you said,
blushing when you saw Aone slip out of the locker room.

He came to
stand in front of you and just stared into your eyes. You gulped, head turning
to give your friend a questioning look. But she wasn’t there. It seemed you were alone.
With Aone.

“Great game”
your heart beat faster. What was going on? Why did this feel so… intense?

“Thanks” his
deep voice a low and pleasant rumble. “I noticed your tattoo.”

You lifted your
hand, examining the little panda with a warm smile.

“It matches mine” He spoke this quietly, shifting only slightly, barely noticeable. He, too, was nervous.

The words made
your heart stop and you looked up, mouth dropping open slightly at seeing Aones pink face. He held out
his hand, showing you his tattoo. The same sport as yours, just on his other
hand. A panda, slightly smaller, a tiny blue bow at its ear.

You couldn’t
say anything. You felt like you forgot every word you have ever known, glad for
your body to keep breathing on its own. His tattoo looked complete too, only that the pandas hand was slightly lifted upwards.

“Huh…” you
said, your eyes fixed on his tattoo as you lifted your hand to see. But it didn’t
seem like they fit…

“Is it okay if
I..?”

You nodded, not
even waiting for him to finish his question. Your mouth felt dry, your heartbeat
drowned everything out.

Aone took your
hand in his gently, his fingers intertwining with yours, tugging a little to make you move to
his side.

Oh.

Two Pandas.
Holding hands. Now complete.

You smiled up, your
eyes huge and glistening. Your heart filling with warmth at his loving gaze.

“yet the panda itself looked sturdy and cute.”- This description made me giggle.

Beauty and the giant , so so funny! I couldn’t figure out who the beauty was at first but when it turns out to be Kenji that’s too perfect!

“Does this mean he is a big cuddly panda” – yes! Aone is such a cuddly panda! Too cute!
