Kageyama: Me + You = Happiness Times 2

Ask: Hi there!! I’d like to request a scenario with Kageyama and a female reader where they both have crushes on each other but are equally awkward and adorable about trying to confess that they like the other and they fail a few times before they both finally muster up the courage to confess to each other and it’s cute and fluffy and awkwardly adorable because they had no reason to worry at all. I’m just really in the mood for awkward and adorable Kags so i hope this makes the list! TYSM!!

I AM SO SORRY THIS TOOK FOREVER!!! I hope you’re still in the mood for awkward, adorable Kags (and I hope this is actually adorable). Thank you for your patience!

One day after practice, Kageyama approached Yachi asking, “I’m having trouble with that new chapter in math, would you be able to help me?”

Yachi bit her bottom lip, an apology written on her face. “Sorry, Kageyama-kun,” she said scratching her chin, “I have a lot to work on with the new posters and my English homework.” After a moment, she brightened, extending one finger up in a gesture of inspiration. “But ______ is really good at math, I’m sure she’d help you.”

At the mention of ______’s name, Kageyama couldn’t stop his cheeks from flushing a bright red. The last thing he wanted was help from her. Not because he didn’t like her, oh no, it was the complete opposite. He didn’t want her to know how hard math, and other subjects, were for him to grasp. But with the threat of missing out on summer training camp because of make-up tests looming over him, he begrudgingly nodded. “Ok, um, will you-?

“I’ll talk to her, no worries, Kageyama-kun!” Yachi exclaimed, giving him a salute.

He thanked her before running back to the court where Hinata was shouting at him to give him one more toss.

“I never pegged you for the devious sort,” Ennoshita teased, a knowing look in his eyes.

Now it was Yachi blushing as she shook her head. “No..no, I really couldn’t help-”

He patted her on the shoulder. “You’re a good friend, Yacchan. Sometimes people need a little extra push, right?”

Smiling, the tiny blonde nodded, hurrying to her bag to send ______ a text.

Later that night she giggled at the reply.

You did WHAT?!!!

I told Kageyama-kun you’d help him with his math. What, you don’t want to?

It’s not that! But….him and me….alone…? ヾ(゚д゚)ノ

You’re welcome! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

YACHI!!!

Seriously, you will help, right? ಥ_ಥ

…….fine

YEAH!!!   (•◡•) /

Kageyama laid on his bed, volleyball tossing up and down though his mind was, for once, not solely focused on the sport he so adored. Instead, he was thinking of his “study date” as Yachi had called it in her text to him that evening. Just the idea of him and ______ on a date had his heart pounding and he really wished she hadn’t called it that because now he wasn’t sure what to think or do.

Had _______ called it a date, or was that Yachi just using a figure of speech? Had she figured out he had a crush on _____? Probably. Yachi was surprisingly astute about more things than just school.

The smack of the ball against his face made him groan. Just what he needed, a red mark on his forehead! Standing quickly, he looked in the mirror sighing when he saw there was no mark and deciding he should just try to get some sleep.

The next day was a Saturday but as usual Kageyama was up at the break of dawn, running. Huffing and puffing through the cold air he hoped a thorough workout would calm his jittery nerves so that he had some hope of focusing while ______ was tutoring him.

Those hopes were promptly dashed the moment he stepped into the cafe they’d agreed to meet at. There she sat, pencil in hand and books already on the table. Her focus was on the papers in front of her so Kageyama had an opportunity to take her in unobserved. He’d thought her pretty enough in their uniform but here, in the real world, she was something else entirely, wearing a soft looking dress of a color he wasn’t sure the name of along with white knee high socks and ankle boots, a plush white scarf around her neck. Not an overly affectionate person, Kageyama was startled by the overwhelming want to wrap his arms around her and squeeze.

That was until her head whipped up and she caught him staring. His shoulders went rigid, the clutch of his hand on the strap of his bag tightening. Oh god, how long had he been looking? Was he creeping her out?

He relaxed slightly when she smiled and waved him over.

“Good morning Kageyama-kun,” she said sweetly as he approached.

“Good morning, ______-san,” he returned, thankful his voice hadn’t cracked.

They stared at each other for a few seconds before she spoke once more. “Yachi mentioned you were having trouble-”

‘Yes!” he said a bit too abruptly, rifling through his bag to offset the sudden awkward tension. “Um, this chapter,” he offered, pointing to the appropriate page in his book.

She leaned forward, eyes darting over the figures he’d written down. “Oh, I see where you went wrong. Here let me show…”

But Kageyama was already lost and it wasn’t because he didn’t understand the math, though that definitely played a part. From this distance, he could smell her perfume, a sweet floral scent that wasn’t overly strong. The fan of her breath hit his hand and he almost shuddered. How was he going to do this? Looking up was a mistake because now he was aware of how close their faces were, prompting him to jerk back suddenly.

He moved so violently that his chair leg caught on a loose tile, sending it toppling to the side and subsequently spilling him onto the floor. ______, of course, was so startled she jumped up which knocked the table, spilling her coffee all over their papers and her hand.

She hissed in pain drawing Kageyama’s attention to her and away from his own embarrassment.

“Damn it,” he groaned standing quickly, trying to ignore the stares and snickers of their fellow patrons. “Are you ok? I’m so sorry!”

“Yeah, I’m fine,” she said quietly but the redness of her hand said otherwise.

“Here, let’s get that under some cold water,” Kageyama insisted and without thought grasped her non-injured hand to drag her towards the back of the restaurant.

Whipping open the bathroom door, he ushered her inside. “Run cold water on that, I’ll be right back.”

Bewildered, she did as told, jumping slightly when he returned a few minutes later saying through the closed door, “When you’re done, come back to the table.”

She finished up, drying her hand and wincing when it continued to sting. Walking swiftly, she reached their table to find Kageyama had procured a first aid kit from the staff and taken the time to clean up the mess as best he could. He gestured for her to sit and after she did so, silently asked for her hand. Blushing furiously, she extended it, unable to look at his face as he deftly put burn ointment on the affected area and then with a tenderness she never would have expected from someone normally so brusque, wrapped gaze and a bandage around it.

When he was done, Kageyama nodded once then stood, making his way to return the kit.

He returned quickly, falling back into his chair and sighing out, “Leave it to me to not only ruin our study date but injure you in the process.”

Her eyes whipped up. “This was a date?”

Kageyama felt his cheeks flame, the red hue he was sure to be brighter than the burn on her hand. “Um, well, that is…Yachi mentioned…I mean, I thought-”

“Did you want it to be a date?” The question left her mouth before she’d given proper thought to it and a second later she clamped her hand over her mouth.

Kageyama looked at her a moment, then figuring he might as well go for broke, nodded. “Yeah, I, um, I’ve been wanting to ask you out for a while now, just…never….did.”

Yeah, that’s the way to win her over,” he thought bitterly, clenching his fist upon the table and looking towards the ground.

His head snapped up at the feel of her hand on his. “I…I’d like it…if you did,” she confessed.

Swallowing his nerves, present still despite the complete certainty she’d say yes, Kageyama asked, “______, would you like to go on a date with me? A proper one?”

She smiled. “Yes, Kageyama-kun, I’d like that very much.”

“And next time I won’t fall over and spill coffee on you,” he muttered, much enjoying the feel of her fingers toying with his own.

Giggling, she finally grasped his hand completely and gave it a squeeze. “Technically,” she said, drawing out the word, “you didn’t spill the coffee on me. I did that all on my own.”

He huffed out a laugh, shaking his head.

“So, shall we get back to work?” she asked.

Staring at the coffee logged papers, Kageyama shrugged. “Might as well,” he agreed and scooted his chair right next to hers, no longer worried about being too close.

Blind date!

There were few things that could make Nebuya nervous, but being set up on a date was one of them. Still, he supposes it can’t be all that bad considering it’s Akashi who’s setting him up.

He is the absolute authority in, well, everything so he should know what he’s talking about when it comes to stuff like this.

Right?

Nebuya fingers the tie around his neck, consternation playing across his face. He’s never really felt comfortable in formal clothing but still, this is a gala and everyone is dressed to the nines. The suit is yet another thing he owes gratitude to Akashi for.

“Nebuya-san?”

He turns at the address and he knows he’s been unable to hide the surprise on his face.

“I’ll take that look to mean you’re pleased?” you tease and he blushes. You giggle, extending one hand. “______, pleased to meet you. Akashi’s description was spot on, though I much prefer the real deal.”

Remembering he should speak, Nebuya manages to grunt out, “I, um, it’s nice to meet you as well, ______.” Then, remembering the training Akashi drilled into him, he offers his arm, working to ease his smile. “Shall we?”

You nod, taking the offered arm and the two of you make way into the Valentine’s charity event, where later in the evening Nebuya makes use of one more thing Akashi insisted upon: dancing lessons.

The blind date sounds fun, haha! Set me up for one with a sweetie from KnB? <3

“Hey, Junpei-kun,” you say.

He turns, flinching as you whisk the glasses from his face.

“Oi! _______, what the hell?” he snaps, equilibrium off thanks to his lack of ability to see.

He grunts when you push him onto the couch and land on top of him. Your giggles fill the room as you pepper his face with kisses. “What? I wanted a blind date!” you exclaim.

Huffing, “You’re ridiculous,” he nevertheless relents, settling onto his back and playing with your hair as you rest your head upon his chest. After a moment, he plants a kiss to the crown of your head, muttering, “Happy Valentine’s day, idiot.”

ooh mini valentine’s day drabbles!! could i please have one with akashi seijuro? where “i” (or the reader) sneaks into his dorm (college au kind of!) to surprise him and stays the night and showers him with hugs and kisses because this over achiever deserves lots of love and cuddles!

You’ve been planning this all week. For the majority of your relationship, it’s been Seijuro who comes up with the plans, the ideas, the surprises. And while that’s all well and good and definitely part of who he is, not even the great emperor can do it all (much as he tries).

Which is why tonight, you’re implementing Operation: Get Boyfriend to Relax.

Said operation starts the moment his bewildered self opens the door to your knock.

“_____-chan,” he says, eyeing the massive cellophane covered basket in your hands. “To what do I owe the pleasure?”

“Yourself, because I love you and I’m going to take care of you,” you say with a bright smile as you pass him to enter his dorm room. You’re still surprised he opted to stay on campus but knowing his father the opportunity to get away was probably too good to pass up.

He chuckles shutting the door. “I have to give you credit,” he says walking to where you stand by his desk, “you actually managed to surprise me.”

Giggling, you quickly unwrap the basket. “I have all of your favorite snacks, a few romance and action movies and my jammies because I’m staying with you all night.”

He smiles warmly, drawing you into his arms. “What did I do to deserve you?” he whispers into your hair.

You pull back just enough to reach his lips, against which you mutter, “You demand the best, right? Well…” you shrug and he laughs, mirth vibrating his body against yours, and no matter how many times you’ve heard it, it’s still one of the most beautiful sounds your ears have been blessed to hear.

Hey! Can you do Kagami and Kiyoshi and Yuuya Miyaji and Mibuchi dealing with their roommate after the roommate goes through a bad breakup when they have a crush on him ^^ I love this blog, keep up the great work!

imagine-knb:

Thank you so much! We really have a lot of fun with it and are always so happy to hear when people love it and appreciate all of your encouragement! – Admin Jade

Kagami

He knew something was wrong when you texted him back right away that you’d be home in ten minutes. Flying to the kitchen, he hurriedly starts preparing your favorite treat then amends that idea to cooking a full blown comfort and home cooked meal. Savory and sweet scents greet you as you walk through the door, eyes red-rimmed and nose sniffling.

“Go get cleaned up, dinner’ll be ready soon,” Kagami advises, stirring the pot.

You make some nonsensical noise, a thank you he thinks, and do as told.

Kagami sighs, looking at the mess in the kitchen, a bigger one than he’d normally make thanks to his rush, but he hopes you’ll be able to taste the love he has for you in what he’s prepared for your post break up meal.

Kiyoshi

The slam of the door makes him jump but when Kiyoshi’s eyes land on you, the disheveled and disarrayed format of your hair, your clothes-

“What happened?” he asks standing from the couch and moving quickly to your side. He’s unprepared when you fling yourself into his chest, finger curling against the fabric of his shirt and a deep, loud sob wrenching from your throat.

Immediately his arms, strong and secure, land around you, one hand petting your hair as he murmurs soft words of support in your ear.

Gently he draws you to the couch, laying down on his back with you on top of him and can only pray you don’t notice the thunderous way his heart is beating at he holds you while you cry. Now is not the time for you to realize it’s been beating this way for you for a long time.

Miyaji (Yuuya)

The sound of your crying has Miyaji’s teeth on edge.

You’ve been like this every night for a week and if you’re not crying you’re walking around looking like an extra from The Walking Dead. But he’s out of his depth, completely unsure how to help you and wanting nothing more than to murder the person who broke your heart.

Knocking at the door of your room, he waits for your approval to enter. It comes in the form of a grunt but he takes it anyway, twisting the knob and walking inside. It’s dark, save for the glow of your phone screen as you endlessly scroll through your social feed, pictures of them undoubtedly flooding your vision.

Gritting his teeth, he snaps the phone from your grasp, plants himself before you and says, “Enough is enough. They aren’t worth any more tears. They’re an idiot.” You look at him with wide, sad eyes and he sighs, allowing himself to do what he’d refrained from for so long; he reaches out and touches your face, thumbing away tears that continue to fall. “Don’t make me throw a pineapple at you,” he mutters. There’s a beat of silence and then he hears a sound he’s longed to for the entire week; your laughter.

Mibuchi

“What you need,” Mibuchi says, voice light and airy despite the heaviness he feels in his heart, “is to make them realize what they’ve lost.” Your protests fall on deaf ears as he drags you out of bed, throws somewhat decent clothes at you and goes on, “Get dressed, we’re going out.”

Then he drags you to a salon where you get pampered and primped. Massage, hair washing, cut and color, manicure, pedicure, he has it all done and pays for everything despite your admonishment that he’s doing too much.

“Nothing’s too much for you,” he insists, smile bright.

When you’re done there, he takes you to another store, buys you a new outfit that is perfectly tailored to you and then drags you out on the town.

“But I don’t want to see them,” you whine.

“I was mostly joking about that part,” he admits, guiding you by your elbow to a fancy restaurant you know is out of your price range. “This was all about getting you to understand you’re worth far more than they ever treated you.” His eyes get serious. “You’re a wonderful person and if they couldn’t appreciate that, well, it’s their loss and…someone else’s gain.”

He can’t quite get himself to admit he hopes it’s his own but that may come…all in due time.

Can I request scenario where Iwaizumi is dating the most popular girl in the school but no one know about them since they didn’t want the fans to bother their partner and one day she decided to watch him practice since she has no club that day but everyone keep mistaking that she’s there for Oikawa much to Iwaizumi annoyance?

haikyuu-imagines-and-others:

Hehehe I imagine if I’m there for Iwaizumi… and Oikawa’s girls are giving me trouble, that I wouldn’t have to wait for Iwa to give them the business lol I’d just sass em up right then and there! Lol Thanks for requesting! – Admin Satori ❤

Iwaizumi Hajime:

You hissed at how cold the material of the bleachers were under your bare legs, your skirt just a little too short to properly save you from the bite of it. Though, the suddenness of the temperature passed without another thought, and you rested your hands on your lap as your eyes watched the boys on the court before you. Each powerful in their own respect, each able to lift much more than just your weight, each being quick in their reactions given the moment a ball flew onto their side of the court. Just watching from the sidelines filled you with determination to be just as great in your own club activities.

Only, that was the only reason you were able to witness the procession of this club – yours had been cancelled for the day.

Biting your bottom lip, you sat up a little straighter as your eyes caught a specific head of spiky brown hair as they strolled in from outside – donning their teal practice uniform with a green colored practice jersey – a large white 1 printed on the front and back. For only a moment, you wondered why he’d always choose the number 1 practice jersey when he was technically number 4 on the official court – but that question came and went as his dark green eyes flickered up to the bleachers and met your eyes.

Before you could wave at him, though, you felt a presence take their seat beside you, behind you, around you. Your back straightened just a little more – you were being stared at intensely. Gulping down your brief fear, you turned your attention to the presence next to you, “Oh, good afternoon, Sayori!” You smiled sweetly at the girl beside you, a ‘good’ friend of yours from your class.

“Ah, Good afternoon, ______-san!” Sayori smiled widely at you, then her eyes were on the boys on the court, “Were you hoping for Oikawa-san to have a few minutes to talk to you?”

“Going to give Oikawa-san a cute ‘good luck’ kiss before practice?” Yuri asked from behind you, prompting you to turn your head to see her properly, your eyes wide at her forwardness.

You felt a blush dust your cheeks, “Ah… N-no!” It wasn’t Oikawa that you wanted to give a ‘good luck’ kiss to.

Marai tsked at your blush, “No, no, no, _______-san! We have to make sure your love with Oikawa-san stays true and perfect! Think of us as your little Cherubs of love!” You wanted to deny any sort of attraction to Oikawa – you’d seen too much to know exactly why he wasn’t your type, but the girls weren’t going to hear it! They didn’t even give you the chance to deny their claims before they were pulling you down the stairs of the bleachers.

“Oikawa-san!” Sayori cooed happily from the sidelines, waving her arms excitedly to get the Captain’s attention.

Oikawa tried to ignore the girl, puffing his cheeks out in a pout as he turned so his back was to the group of girls. He hadn’t seen you amongst the group, “Oh? Aren’t you going to answer them, Captain?” Matsukawa inquired as he took a mouthful from his water bottle, Hanamaki raising his eyebrow curiously as he rubbed his face with his towel.

But the captain only snorted and shook his head, “I have no time for little girls like that.” Oikawa turned his attention to his teammates, “We have a lot of work to do to be able to win our tournament next week! I’m not going to be distracted by a bunch of cute-“

“Oikawa-san! We have your girlfriend!” Marai called with a wide smile, causing the Captain to turn to the group of girls with a confused face. Girlfriend? This was news to him! Matsukawa laughed at how easy it was to gain their Captain’s attention, but his laughter soon died as Hanamaki directed his best friend’s gaze at the group of girls. But this only made Matsukawa snicker as he caught a glimpse of your pink face.

The captain trotted over to the group of girls, “Ladies, Ladies! You have to leave me alone while I practice! How can I be the Grand King of Seijoh if you won’t let me do my work here?” Oikawa pouted at the girls, his brown eyes scanning each of their faces before he landed on yours. His eyebrows furrowed as everything suddenly clicked. “Oh? ________-chan? What’re you doing here?”

Before you could answer, Sayori giggled and pushed you towards Oikawa, making you trip over your own feet and fall forward. Oikawa was quick to grab you – knowing the repercussions to his health your falling would cause! “She came to see her boyfriend! Go on, ______-san! Give him a good luck kiss!”

Then lips were pressed against yours, and you went to push at the assailants chest to get away when you tasted their familiarity. You hummed happily and wrapped your arms around their neck. “_-______-san!” Gasps of shock, the titter of quiet whispers, raising questions to themselves about everything they thought they knew about the two most popular people in their small, shallow world.

You gasped as your assailant pulled from the kiss, giving you a shark of a smile before leaning down and pressing his lips against your nose, “Hajime!” You giggled, leaning up and pressing your lips against his once more.

“My, my, Iwa-chan! No need to assert your dominance! I wasn’t going to touch, _____chan!” Oikawa smiled proudly at his best friend’s confidence – it was just a few days ago that the two of you were worried about coming out as a couple! And now the two of you had already graduated to public affection? It brought a swell of pride to Oikawa’s chest!

Iwaizumi waved off his best friend, his lips still pressed against yours, a smile on his lips as you giggled in his arms. You hummed happily and pulled away from the kiss, your cheeks flush with your embarrassment of such a display, but also from your breathlessness of being kissed so passionately! Then you remembered the audience you’d been entertaining before your boyfriend had stolen your attention, your affection. The girls stared at you with wide eyes – dumbfounded that you were actually dating the ace of the team rather than the captain! It was unheard of in their small worlds! Popular Queens ended up with Popular Kings! That’s how the equation worked! But you held your arms around your boyfriend’s neck, gasping out a laugh when he placed hungry open mouthed kisses to your neck, “Hajime!” You squirmed in his arms, now pushing against his chest and giving him a playfully disapproving look. “Go practice before I steal you away!” You swatted at his butt, making the ace jump a foot in the air but for his hungry expression to come back full force.

“Is that a promise?” You scoffed and pushed against his broad shoulders, “Okay, okay!” Iwaizumi gave up on making his point to your ‘friends’. You were his girl. Not Oikawas. Not anyone else’s! His and his alone.

Your smile was dreamy as you watched him trot back over to his teammates, Matsukawa slapping him on the back, Hanamaki making a comment that brought a wide smile to Iwaiumi’s face. Then Oikawa made a playfully snide remark, and Matsukawa grabbed at Iwaizumi’s arm before he could go fight the captain. “You see, ladies….” The girls turned their attention to you, but you only had eyes for Iwaizumi, “Why have a king when you can have a knight?”

I feel like this wasn’t my best work… but it’s the best I could do for today 😦 Hope you all don’t mind!

What do you mean? This was super fun and great! I love confident Iwa-chan surrounded by supportive bros!

The ride home had been absolutely torturous. Asahi refused to respond to your hand on his thigh, passively staring out the window and holding your hand in his. A ghost of a smirk played on the corner of his lips, and every time the private car took a turn, he used the opportunity to press further into your hip. You scowled–bastard was doing it on purpose. You’d never been happier to see his apartment complex as the driver pulled into the resident drop off area. It took all your self control not to scramble out of the car and haul Asahi conspicuously into the elevator. You knew him–if he would barely touch you in the car, there was a solid chance he wouldn’t ravish you in the elevator.

You were right.

Amazing Emma!! I reblogged part 4 cause it has links to the rest of the story. Make sure to start with part 1 of course!

I LOVE Bungo Stray Dogs! Just watched it this year! So how about a crossover ask? Head canons for Hinata, Yamaguchi and Yachi being in the armed detective agency. What are their abilities , how did they join, etc? Thank you!

owlespresso:

Yamaguchi Tadashi

  • I think it would be control over a lesser-used element, such as ink, glass, blood, dust, paper, etc. Something that doesn’t have a versatile amount of functions, but he’s practiced it so often that it’s great when he can use it.
  • I think he would join with Tsukishima, purely because Tsukishima joined. He wouldn’t want his close friend to be alone and he also likes the idea of using his powers for good.
  • Most of the time, he stays back in the agency and doesn’t go on missions. He’s more of a record-keeper/secretary, but he’s also good at getting information from targets purely because of how harmless he appears. He also does investigation work.

Hinata Shouyou

  • His ability would be enhanced physicality. At its base level, he’d be able to jump higher than the average person, and he would also have an incredible amount of speed. His ability is enhanced whenever he has allies around, giving him enhanced strength and stamina. The more allies at his side during combat, the strong he gets.
  • The drawback to this ability is that it’s hard to control his strength. He can misjudge his leaps or underestimate how much damage he’s going to do with a punch.
  • He’d likely be a frontline fighter, deployed whenever violence is expected to happen. He’s definitely not a detective or anything like that.

Yachi Hitoka

  • The ability to bring life into her drawings. She can use her drawings to help her get to higher places or create minions to fight for her/assist her allies.
  • However, she’s not that strong herself. So she’s usually more of a supporting role. She uses her abilities to make back up for her allies.
  • Purely a secretary, only deployed in combat when necessary. Hinata and Kageyama have taught her self-defense, and how to use the size of her enemies against them. However, she doesn’t really have the stomach for hardcore detective work.

OMG THESE ARE PERFECT! And now I want a HaikyuuxBSD crossover so bad it hurts! Thank you so much!

Guys, make sure you head over to drop as ask to these guys, this was amazing! Maybe even help me out by indulging in my need of more if this crossover!

How would Akashi react if he was a part of an arranged marriage? (As a kid or teen)

imagine-knb:

This isn’t exaaactly a Valentine’s Day themed ask haha, but then again we got quite a few that weren’t (tsk tsk!!) but I’ll try to twist it into the theme!
– Neon

The arranged marriage had not been his idea. In fact, the younger Akashi
had had absolutely no say on the matter, for it had been a settled deal
long before he’d even been aware of it. This fact disgruntled him
thoroughly, knowing that there was one more aspect of his life he could
not control.

His tie felt a bit too tight around his neck, almost as if it were trying to constrict him from breathing altogether. His fingers pried at the knot sitting at the base of his neck, fixing to loosen it just a hair. Anyone looking at the scene would think that Akashi was doing the action out of nerves, but those who really knew him would know it was simply because of his discomfort; Akashi didn’t get nervous. Not even when he was meeting his future fiance for the first time.

The bundle of roses he had in his other hand, wrapped nicely in plastic that had little hearts printed in a pattern all around, had been picked out by his father’s staff. If he’d had a choice, he wouldn’t have shown up with anything that had thorns sharp enough to draw blood as he carried them around. He probably wouldn’t have shown up with anything at all.

First impressions were everything in the world that he lived, hence the smart getup and beautiful present, but in reality a marriage made from money had no good first impressions to be made. He couldn’t care less how he looked to his future spouse.

“Really? Roses for Valentine’s Day on our first meeting together?”

And apparently, neither did you.

Ennoshita for valentines ❤️❤️ this boy needs more love 😘😘

I agree, I love him!

A content sigh leaves your lips, breath ghosting over the neck hairs of your now husband as the two of you sway to and fro in an easy circle, eyes of friends and family watching you dance but they’re lost to you as the man in your arms becomes the center of your world, your universe.

Ennoshita places a kiss to your temple, murmuring, “Still glad you married me?”

Somehow the snort you let loose is elegant. “The night’s still young, Chikara, but I think it’s safe to say I’m happy with my choice. You?”

He draws back, cupping your face with one hand, eyes shining. “I’ve never been more happy or sure of anything in my life.”

You smile, leaning up to touch your lips to his. “Good, cause you’re stuck with me for life, baby.”

He grins. “Though, I think we can both agree it was a tad cliche getting married on Valentine’s day.”

You shrug. “Day of love seemed appropriate to me.”

And he just laughs again, sweeping you of your feet in a dip earning claps, hoots and whistles from your audience.
