Kuroo first laid eyes on you when you came to talk to Kenma during practice about a project in your mutual class. He stared so hard (your curves are amazing) you thought Kenma was in trouble and hightailed it out of there.
A few weeks later when he approached you in the hall you almost ran; he was a lot more intimidating up close. But his easy smile somehow both calmed and increased your heart rate. Which promptly stopped beating when he said, “So…are you free Saturday night?”
You thought he was joking, almost started crying because was he always this cruel? He saw your face fall and swiftly smooth captain Kuroo becomes a bumbling dork. “Eh? I…hey…if you don’t want to all you gotta say is no!”
Despite both your embarrassment, the date does happen. Which leads to many more all to culminate in Kuroo asking you to be his girlfriend.
You still don’t understand why and he doesn’t understand how you don’t understand.
Eventually, because he is clever and pays super close attention to things (especially people) who mean a lot to him, he figures out your insecurities.
Picks them apart in the best ways possible.

“Babe, wear that red dress tonight, the one with the sparkly belt.”
“It’s too tight, Kuroo!”
“It shows off your sexy curves. And who’s birthday is it, anyway?”

Snuggles close while watching movies, kissing your cheek or the top of your head over and over.

“I wanna kiss you all over,” he admits.
“Um, maybe with the lights off?”
His dark eyes met yours. “There’s no reason to hide from me,” he says crawling over you. “I love every single inch of you.”

Eventually he cracks through that wall of built up defense and shyness, showing you that a “perfect body” is just an illusion and you’re beautiful both inside and out.

What’s your favourite dessert? Okay you know how Tsukki’s fav is strawberry shortcake? As a prank, you could give him American strawberry shortcake instead of the Japanese one! 🤣 I can already see his done-with-life expression.

OOOOO!!! Fave dessert? I have a massive sweet tooth but pretty much anything with chocolate in it will have me interested.

And yes, that would be so funny to tease Tsukki like that lol

Ah! We’re talking about dreams!? I have SO. MANY. Haikyuu dreams it’s not even funny! But my most recent dream was a few nights ago where I sucked(ish) at volleyball and KAGEYAMA of all people (my precious angel blueberry whom I adore) actually took the time to help teach me volleyball and it was so CUTE and PURE and honestly surprised me because hang on, where’s my angry lil blueberry crow? What side is this? Anywayyy I just wanted to join in and share my most Haikyuu dream lol ~💚

That is so super sweet and cute and I can see it. Maybe it would be that he’s in his second (or even third year) and he’s gotten used to not only being exceptional at volleyball, but teaching and helping others without making a fuss about it.

Once upon a year ago I dreamed of Kenma being my soulmate; the kind where there’s this red string around our pinkies- ashfcbkj (ಥ﹏ಥ) My sweet pudding cat son- and then there was Kuroo but I don’t remember what he was doing except for just painting something (sunflowers-?? octopus-?? hdbjksn)- I woke up squealing like an idiot and my whole face was very hot from all the blushing (≧∀≦)(≧∀≦) Hope you’ll continue have wonderful dreams!!

When he realizes it he picks her up and swings her until she’s dizzy

And they lived happily ever after

Until they realized Kise and Kuroko were also watching

And Kise recorded everything on his phone

And sent it to all the GOM

Bahhhhh!!! That would happen to Kagami!! So funny!

Once i dreamed about being childhood friends with Oikawa. We were both young, and I was scared because of something. So we snuggled till I fell asleep and it was so pure and cute, I still smile at the memory.

I just had such an odd but wonderful dream

So it was a mixture of Haikyuu was real or I was in the anime but I was somewhere with all of Karasuno and it was after Nationals (DO NOT TELL ME WHATS GOING ON IM WAITING FOR SEASON FOUR).

We were having a farewell party for the third years (sob) and the boys (all of them) had wanted to commemorate this year’s team so Kiyoko and I (I guess I was a third manager) had framed their jerseys and Yachi had done portraits of them all.

We hung them up and said the boys could write whatever they wanted on their jerseys.

Asahi and Tanaka simultaneously wrote and said, “Remember.”

Daichi had just turned around and I ran to him, jumping in his arms and hugging him. But I knew we weren’t together so were just close but I also kissed him so…

But he hugged me so tight and I said, “Thank you.”

He looked surprised/confused. “For what?”

I looked in his eyes, smiled and said, “For everything, for this team, for letting me be a part of it.”

He smiled and hugged me again saying, “We should be thanking you.”

We stayed like that for a while and then I looked over at the guys all talking and laughing (some crying a little) and kind of mumbled, “I never knew it was possible to love this many people.”

Daichi looked at me with a surprised smile. “Really?”

I nodded and he chuckled.

“Is that weird?” I asked.

“It’s a little weird,” he admitted.

“But it’s the kind of weird you’d expect from me, ya?”

He smiled so warm you guys and nodded. “Yeah, it is.”

And then I was off talking to someone else about why they should join the art club….WHAT?!!!

Yeah, random dream but y’all I could feel those beefy arms around me holding me so close and he was so warm!

Can I request some headcanons or short scenarios of Tanaka, Bokuto, Tendou and Yamamoto seeing their gf in a bikini for the first time on like a beach or pool date?

Tanaka: Blushes and scratches the back of his neck, obviously flustered. He gives you the cutest smile, though, and tells you how great you look. You can tell he’s trying not to blatantly stare, but not quite succeeding. It’s adorable.

Bokuto: Doesn’t react all that dramatically. Tells you you look great, maybe compliments the color of your swimsuit, but really doesn’t seem fazed. He knows you’re hot stuff; it’s not news to him.

Tendou: Strangely… quiet. He doesn’t really react, maybe compliments you if its a super cute suit, but he doesn’t make a big deal out of it. However, he’s dying inside. He’s #Shook, and he is a fucking mess inside. He’s so fucking attracted to you and he just has to hide under a picnic table once in a while to compose himself because he. Just. Can’t.

Yamamoto: Gives you his sweatshirt/jacket and begs you to wear it. He might make general grumbly comments about sun damage, but in truth, you just look so good… and so cute… and he can’t handle it.

Sugawara: Tells you exactly how good you look in that bikini. In great detail. In so much detail, in fact, that you have to remind him that the bikini does need to stay on for the time being, at least until you’re not in public.

Kuroo: Kuroo.exe has stopped functioning. He probably just freezes for a minute when he sees you, because you look so good. He gives you a sheepish grin when he recovers himself, and tells you you look great.

Oikawa: Gives you a brilliant grin and showers you in compliments, telling you how cute you look and how flattering the cut of your swimsuit is. Internally, though? He is high key flustered, he’s just trying not to show it. You know him well enough that you can see through the facade, though.

Yamaguchi: Wow he’s flustered. Just… tomato boy. Can’t quite string three words together, because… just… wow, you look so amazing. Makes note of hidden moles, freckles, scars, marks, etc. He doesn’t point them out or bring them up; he just likes knowing they’re there… like it’s a secret you share.

Kyoutani: So much blushing. He turns bright red and tries to avert his gaze. It’s honestly really cute. Eventually manages to tell you, in a barely audible voice, that you look good.

Noya: You definitely knew beforehand just how much Noya was looking forward to this, and he doesn’t disappoint. His eyes go super wide before he practically yells at you how amazing you look.
