I’ll be honest, the lack of feedback on my stuff has definitely been contributing to my laziness when it comes to writing.
You guys have all sent in some amazing stuff but I get to the end of my day (though working fully time definitely takes it out of me anyway) and just want to sit on the couch and binge watch Prime or Netflix.
So to hear that someone followed me because of my writing is really nice.

Since they have opposite things going for them, this would
be a matter of preference. Also, extremely hard, cause damn
Himuro is definitely smoother. He’s a gentleman and he
treats you like you are a lady. He’s forever doing little things for you
– opening doors, pulling out chairs, helping you with homework, etc. He’s
subtle about his attempt to attract your attention and keep it.
There is nothing subtle about Murachin. He demands –
your attention, your time, sometimes even your body (not like that, filthy
Reader-chan. But he leans and pushes and just makes a nuisance of himself
a lot). He’s pretty selfish, so it doesn’t even really occur to
him that you might not share his feelings. He just wants, so he tries to
take (hello, my yandere friend).
Murachin’s always feeding you, which should be tip-off #1
about his feelings. Certainly, it’s how Himuro figures out that his
feelings are deeper than friendship. Murachin shares his snacks with no
one. He also doesn’t demand you buy him snacks, which is tip-off #2.
Himuro sees Murachin as a rival right away. He tries
not to let it affect their friendship, but there is so grating about the way
the giant center just assumed you were his without ever letting you make up
your mind yourself. Does his best to interfere, presenting more tempting
options than whatever Murachin wants to do.
It takes Murasakibara a while to catch onto what Himuro is
doing, and at first he just realizes that his best friend keeps getting in his
way, which was annoying. When he tells Himuro to stop taking your
attention away from him, Himuro meets the challenge head on.
Himuro gives a lot of way when it comes to Murachin, but not
in this. He wants you just as much. Things get really tense, and
you probably realize you are going to have to make a choice and hope their
relationship could be saved.
Who would win depends on the girl in question, but I think
to a high school girl, a smooth, gentlemanly boy like Himuro would probably
come out on top. He’s considerate, and pretty, and sensitive,
these are important surface qualities.
(As an aside, I would probably pick Murachin lmao)
Akashi Seijuro vs Midorima Shintarou
Since they live across the country from each other in high
school, this would have to happen in either middle school or college. I’m
going the latter, because… reasons lol
You’re all in different programs, but since they are friends
from way back and got along, they hang out a lot. They also take
similar first and second year courses. That’s how they meet you, in a
course they are taking together. Group project yo
Like the other pair, they have different things going for
them, although they are closer in personality. They are both serious and
studious and have issues with arrogance and control.
They are also unintentionally funny, which is really
endearing. Plus, their competence is attractive, since you were pretty
used to guys trying to pass off their work onto you.
With one being a yandere and the other being a tsundere it’s
more obvious when Midorima starts to like you, at least if you speak
tsuntsun. If you don’t, then I hope at least you have a thick skin.
Akashi is definitely better at talking to you in
general. While they both treat you like you have a brain, Akashi is
better at coming across as calmer and mellower. We, of course, know he’s
not, but he’s better at hiding his intentions in general.
Their approach is completely different. Akashi is
subtle, and a touch manipulative, whereas Midorima is somewhat more
upfront. He sucks at communication though, so is it really upfront?
I just don’t see any situation where Midorima comes out on
top, unless you prefer tsuntsuns, or there is something specific about Midorima
that draws you. Because you know Akashi is going to out maneuver Midorima,
even just from a strategic stand point. Plus, yanderes tend to have
better emotional intelligence than tsuns, they can be more honest and they are
better at recognizing situations as they are (so as to better
manipulate). They are both intelligent, and both kind of bad at social
tho. It’s just that one is better at faking it. Plus, Midorima is
really weird lol, which is an acquired taste.
Let’s also remember that Midorima, even though he competes
against Akashi is used to deferring to his former captain. I’m not saying
he’d give up just because Akashi likes you, but… I think this is a factor.
I love your perspective on characters. You get past the shiny outer coating to the deep stuff within that challenges how I want to write these characters.
Overall it’s still fun to create fantasties (aka unrealistic occurrences) but for deeper topics or even in a full blown story (as opposed to a scenario) I know my mind will be trailing back to some of the less desirable traits you highlight and that makes these boys feel more human.

Puns, so many puns
Notices a pear in your lunch. “We make a great pear, don’t we _______?”
When he takes you out for coffee. “I love you a latte.”
At Majin burger. “I only have fries for you.”
The first time you bring him a bento box for in between games, he almost cries with joy. Will not shut up about how awesome the food is and everyone glares while they choke down whatever mess Riko made for them that day.
A definite snuggler. When it’s the two of you just chilling he’s got his arms around your waist or shoulders, holding you close and enjoying the feel of you next to him.
Has no problem with PDA if you’re ok with it. Like mentioned already, he loves to be close to you so holding hands, giving pecks on the cheek, standing with his arm around you and a hand on your hip, he loves it all.
Prefers simple dates just because he’s always so wiped from basketball and school. Appreciates if you can just stay indoors, watching a movie or TV. Might be up for a game if you’re into them but overall he just wants to relax and be together.
If you do go out, he likes walks in the park, maybe going to the dog run area to play with them. Also likes a simple dinner and movie option.
For bigger events (ie birthday, anniversary, etc) he’ll plan more elaborate options such as going to an amusement park, a museum, or something centered on your interests or hobbies.
Speaking of birthdays/anniversaries, he never forgets yours. Busy as he is, he never makes you feel like you’re not a priority.
Loves that you come to all his games and cheer for him. He’ll wave at you in the stands earning a smack on the back of the head from Hyuuga but it’s totally worth it.
Is the player who will lift you up and spin you around after a huge win. Could care less he’s getting his sweat all over you.
Also is the player who needs you to hold him tight and let him curse/cry/whatever if they suffer a big loss.
Is a good kisser. Like really good. Knows the perfect amount of tongue and pressure and can leave you breathless.
Overall, if you can stand the puns, he’s a fantastic boyfriend who makes you feel wanted, needed and so secure.

Wow, I’m so surprised someone wanted more of this pairing! Thank you, I hope you enjoy! This is a continuation of this post.
“So what did you think of the game?” Akaashi asks after he and his pink haired companion are comfortably seated at a booth. The restaurant is simple but classy, a mid-range that isn’t fast food but isn’t overly priced, perfect for a first date.
Momoi taps her chin. “It was interesting, you didn’t lie when you said the match would be exciting. I’d say I can’t believe the boys would get that worked up over what is ultimately just practice, but then I remember my boys and it’s not all that surprising.”
Akaashi nods.
Momoi picks up a menu, asking as she eyes the contents, “So when does your team play Karasuno?”
“Officially, not until Nationals and that’s only if we both make it and even then there’s no guarantee.”
“So modest,” she teases glancing up through her lashes.
Akaashi picks up his own menu in an effort to hide his blush. “Yes, um, but we do have a training camp coming up in the summer. Longest one we’ve ever had at two weeks.”
Her eyes widen. “I’ve only heard of week long, how did you get that much time?”
He shrugs, taking a sip a water before replying, “Kuroo-san is…adept at getting what he really wants if the mood strikes him. I think it’s because this is their last year.”
“Whose?”
“The third years.”
Momoi nods, heart clenching a bit at the thought of Imayoshi-san retiring at the end of the season. She has a lot of respect for him and the way he runs the team, even in regards to Dai-chan, and it will be a shame to see him go.
“Sorry to somber the mood,” Akaashi says clearing his throat, “let’s talk about something else.”
“Right, my Karasuno analysis,” Momoi says lacing her fingers together on the table. “I can tell you-”
The request catches her off guard and she can’t keep a look of surprise off her face. “Wasn’t the whole point of tonight for me to give you a run down of them so you’re more prepared when you face them?”
“Truthfully, I’m more interested in you as a person, not a computer.”
Momoi feels her heart skip a beat. It’s been a long time since anyone has shown interest in her past her abilities of data collection. She’s not even sure where to begin. What do “normal” people talk about?
“Let’s start with something simple,” Akaashi continues, leaning back in his seat to try to lessen the sudden tension, “how about…what your favorite movie is and why.”
Momoi finally smiles, faint but sincere, as she begins talking about a movie she’s seen at least twenty times. The conversation flows a bit more easily after that, each of them expounding on different topics as they enjoy their meal. At the end of it, he pays and they continue talking while making way to the station for him to see her off on her train.
On the platform they take seats on a bench, a comfortable silence settling between them. Momoi casts a sidelong glance at the sleepy eyed boy next to her. He may not be Tetsu-kun, but he’s sweet and he’s actually interested in her for reasons beyond sports and her body.
“I had a really nice time tonight, Momoi-san,” he says catching her glance. She nods. “I did too, Akaashi-san.”
They remain staring at each other, a little unsure but curious where this could go.
“So, if I were to call you again-”
“I’d say yes,” she affirms quickly.
He smiles – really, truly smiles – and Momoi feels her heart skip a beat.
“You should smile more, you know,” she says.
Akaashi feels that blush returning under her scrutiny. “Go on another date with me and I’m sure I will.”
She laughs, bright and vibrant. “Very smooth, Akaashi-san.”
They both stand as her train arrives. Looking up at him, eyes glittering, Momoi leans up to peck his cheek. “Call me,” she says stepping between the sliding doors.
“I will,” he confirms before they shut and she’s whisked away into the night.
I don’t want Bokuto’s setter to be anyone other than the person who understands him best. I don’t want Fukurodani to lose their heart.
I don’t want Kenma to be left behind by the one person he plays volleyball for. I don’t want Nekoma to huddle before a game and realize they’re waiting for a nerdy pep talk that isn’t coming.
I don’t want Seijoh to feel lost without their senpais’ antics. I don’t want Iwaizumi to constantly worry about Oikawa pushing himself too hard or injuring himself again or beating himself up over not being good enough. I don’t want Oikawa to try and toss to Iwaizumi because he’s in a pinch and realize too late that the toss was too low for his new team’s taller ace.
I don’t want Asahi to crumble without Noya to support him. I don’t want Kageyama to look for the bench during a game and suddenly realize he doesn’t have Suga to lean on, to compete with, to be guided by. I don’t want Ennoshita to feel like no matter how hard he tries he’ll never be as good a captain as Daichi. I don’t want Daichi, Suga, and Asahi to leave the team they believed in from the start, the team they poured their heart and sweat and souls and tears into, the team that is as great as it is because those three never gave up.
