18.) Do you use any tools, like worksheets or outlines?

For most of my writing, no but lately I’ve wanted to try outlines so that I can make sure my story is staying on track. I’ve had two times (within the same story actually) where when I didn’t outline where I wanted to go I ended up writing myself into a bit of a corner. In one sense, it was good because it challenged me to write better. But in the other, it left the story open ended for sequel…that I have NO IDEA how to handle. Heh heh. So yeah, if I do this Soul Eater / Haikyuu AU I’m planning on, I’ll be making sure to do some outlining.

23.) If you were to revise one of your older fics from start to finish, which would it be and why?

My first ever, a Bleach Renji x Orihime pairing that was the first I ever shared with the world in general. I would overhaul the grammar and some word choices. Also, I wouldn’t start out with people not knowing the pairing. I got A LOT of push back from IchiHime fans who either weren’t paying attention or ignoring that I was warning them it wasn’t going to end with them together. So yeah, I would make that CLEAR at the beginning. I would remove an incident between Rukia and Renji that overall did not mesh well with the rest of the story. I should have had a different component there. And I would probably not rush the ending so much but I was losing steam on it and instead of waiting, I just plowed right through.

37.) Talk about your current wips.

I haven’t started writing it fully, but as mentioned above I have a large idea for a Soul Eater / Haikyuu AU crossover. The Soul Eater kids would be adults and the HQ kids are the student body. I plan on having Kid and Tsubaki end up in a romance and am entertaining the idea of writing an original character (something I’ve never done at least not as a main character) be the love interest for Asahi. This idea spawned after I asked people to tell me who they thought would be a meister and who they thought would be a weapon from Haikyuu and KNB. Further back and forth between me and Admin Neon kept feeding the idea until I’ve really put into consideration doing it.
