So cute! Thanks for your patience.
We’ll just pretend he’s in college so he’s not a minor hitting on an adult lol.
Izuki is not a fan of going to the doctor’s, whether
he’s sick or not. But the
moment you walk in the door, he perks up; since when were doctors so cute?
“Good morning Izuki-san, how are you feeling today?”
Truthfully, his mouth is dry now, so he coughs into
his fist and of course you mistake this to mean he’s actually sick.
“Oh dear, that doesn’t sound good at all,” you say
frowning, “Here, let me take a listen.” Placing your stethoscope on his chest you instruct
him to inhale then exhale. “Hmmm, seems it was just a spasm, your lungs sound
clear,” you murmur directing your attention to the clipboard in your hand. You
finish the rest of the exam and proclaim him perfectly healthy.
Drumming up his courage, Izuki smiles and says,
“Honestly, I think I’m sick.”
“Oh, and what pray tell, are you afflicted by?” you
ask cocking an eyebrow.
“Love sickness and you, my dear doctor, are the only
cure.”
You blink once, twice, then start giggling. Izuki
isn’t sure at first if he should be disappointed in your reaction as you slap a
paper against his chest before walking out without another word. Looking down,
he beams. Scrawled in what can only be described as “doctor writing” but
unfathomably neat is your phone number along with a note, “Not really original, but you’re
cute. Call me in the morning.”
